--The price includes, tables & chiavari chairs inside the ballroom
There are round tables that range in sizes from 36, 48 and 60 inches for Sign in, Gifts, Cakes and Guest seating. There are also 6 ft. rectangular tables for Food Service.
White folding chairs outside if you choose to have any part of your celebration on the gazebo or in front of the oak trees.
If there is a weather issue, the ceremony can be moved to the Ballroom

Bartenders and Security are provided for each event.
Bookings and Reservation Deposit
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a date. Dates are booked on a first-come basis. This non-refundable deposit can be cash, check or credit cards when securing your date. All checks must include your current address and phone number. Please place your event date on your check and payment. The remaining amount must be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to the event.
We require with your final payment, a damages check of $2,000 which is not deposited, and will be returned to you if there are no damages.
We have a beer and wine license and will obtain the beverages of your choice for you. You can decide on an open bar or a cash bar. We will obtain the bartenders and security.
No Alcohol or weapons can be brought on the premises.
